America’s Soundtrack
Gloria Estefan is a Cuban American pop star from Miami, Florida. She is part of America’s Soundtrack. Together with her husband, composer Emilio Estefan, Gloria Estefan performed the song “America.” Composer Karen LeFrak has created a new instrumental work called “American Promise.” The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square performed the classic “Battle Hymn of the Republic.” American250 will release more songs on America’s Soundtrack throughout the year.
