Amsterdam is a city in the Netherlands. It has many canals. A canal is a narrow path of water built by people.
The Amsterdam Light Festival is a trail along the canals. People create art made from lights. There are light statues and pictures. Some buildings are lit up to make pictures, too.
Some people walk along the trail to see the light. Some people travel on bikes or boats.
