Deadly Flash Floods Ravage Central Texas

Flash floods hit parts of Central Texas on July 4 (sudden flooding after heavy rain). The flooding took place after a lot of rain. The rain caused the Guadalupe River to rise 26 feet. One of the hardest-hit areas was Kerr County. The floods came very quickly. It happened in the middle of the night. Most people were sleeping. Many people died. More than a hundred people are still missing.
