The Obama Presidential Center is located in the South Side of Chicago. President Obama began his career as a community organizer in this area. The Obama Presidential Center is a community space. In addition to the museum, it contains a public lawn, a playground, and a vegetable garden. There is a branch of the Chicago Public Library where people can check out books. It even contains an NBA regulation-size basketball court. President Obama was known to play pickup basketball with his staff at the White House during his term.
